2016-February: Double Gauze "Half-and-Half" School Quilt

I was so pleased with my original Green Flowers Half and Half quilt I made for C., that I made another one for E.  It was made to be the blanket she brought with her to preschool for nap time.  As I type this 9 months later (and preschool is but a memory), she doesn't really care about it and it's a backup for C's original blanket, mostly used now at HER nursery school!

Same process, 4 half-yards of double gauze fabric, cut sparingly and quilted "windowpane" style.

Turned and topstitched, of course!

So, so cuddly!
